This document explains how to submit a data deletion request from Gigaviz.

How to Submit a Request

Please submit your data deletion request through one of the following channels:

• Support email: support@gigaviz.com (this address may change per support policy)

Information to Include

Please provide the following information so we can verify your request:

• Full name
• Email address used in Gigaviz
• Workspace or organization name/ID (if applicable)
• WhatsApp number connected (if applicable)
• Data to delete (account, workspace data, messages, attachments)

Ownership Verification

We will verify ownership via email or in-app confirmation before processing your request.

Processing Timeline

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 calendar days of verification completion.

Retention Exceptions

Some data may be retained longer if required by law, security needs, or billing records.

Confirmation

You will receive confirmation once the deletion process is complete.
